GEAA & Preserve Our Hill Country Environment Foundation wrote letters to TCEQ officials requesting a public meeting on the permit application, as did Republican state Rep. Carrie Isaac, whose House District includes Comal County. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality is holding a public hearing Thursday June 8th to get community feedback on the proposal.
