GEAA members and friends, We know that, like us, many of you are frustrated by the shortcomings of the Texas Commission for Environmental Quality (TCEQ). This legislative session we have a real opportunity to achieve some improvement in how TCEQ can better serve Texans. GEAA is joining with The Alliance for a Clean Texas (ACT) to host a Lobby Day (April 11th, 2023), with Texans from across the state coming together to call on the Legislature to strengthen environmental protections.
