At the request of Guajolote Ranch owners, Richard H. “Rick” LePere, Sidney E. “Gene” Edwards Jr. and Marcie Edwards, the City is scheduled to discuss an application for a Municipal Utility District (MUD) at their B Session meeting on Wednesday, December 17th.
