We recently learned that Texas State University came to an agreement with X-Bow, a company working on improving rocket motor technology and manufacturing. The establishment of a MUD will allow Lennar to secure approximately $150 million in bond funding to finance total costs of infrastructure within the Guajolote Ranch development – which will be repaid by those who purchase homes at Guajolote Ranch.  It is highly likely that Lennar will abandon this project if they are not allowed to pass on the costs of infrastructure, including the waste water treatment plant.
