GEAA’s William Jack Sibley Endowment

William J. (Bill) Sibley – GEAA Board member 2015 – 2025

Protecting the LIfelines of South Central Texas - Forever

The Greater Edwards Aquifer Alliance Endowment, initiated by William J. Sibley in 2022, provides a permanent source of funding
to sustain our mission of protecting the waters, lands, and communities of the Texas Hill Country.
Your support ensures this vital work continues for generations.

The Endowment allows GEAA to:

Preserve and protect aquifers, springs, rivers, and natural habitats.

Support research, education, and community outreach programs.

Sustain the dedicated staff and resources essential to our conservation work.

How It Works

Funds in the Endowment are invested for long-term growth. Each year, a portion of the earnings may be used to support GEAA programs and operations, while the principal remains intact. In exceptional circumstances, limited use of the principal may be authorized by the GEAA Board for urgent conservation needs.
