I too oppose any waste water treatment plan that is dumped into rivers, creeks , because we’re told it is good potable drinking water and when clear water is mixed with recycle water it’s only good for the folks down river, but not good for (COSA) folks or the Texas Legislature. A report that came yesterday as I was writing a complaint to (TCEQ) read as follows: “Industrial polluters across the state frequently evade federal oversight by applying for licenses with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.” It all comes down to “Revenue” to local governments, County and City , its not water or the environment that matters, I consider them both governments being of “ill repute” and rule “makers” are the 1st “Breakers of the rules. I haven’t drank tap water for more than 18 years, mostly drink Iceland water.
