  1. NO,NO,NO,NO, JUST SAY NO. It’s all about the money, they don’t care about our environment or our water crises. They aren’t even from around here, so HELL NO. Go home and stay there

  2. Do not expect for Lennar Homes to be ashamed of their plans for dumping the waste into local water ways. From my personal dealing with the builder here in the state of Georgia. I noticed how the construction crews only had foreign looking workers. I looked far and wide for blacks on the construction crews but I didn’t see one. Not to mention that they throw a lot of red tape in the way for black borrowers in the FHA loan process.

  3. If they use a red meter, they can measure the SG of their effluent discharge in real time. With upper and lower limits set for quality assurance. Monitored via cloud, with alarm system, for appropriate parties to see.

  4. The Lennar Proposal for the North Creek Ranch Property near Comfort is ridiculous.
600,000 gallons of Wastewater per day dumped into a creek that has been mostly dry for the last few years, the lack of available water from the aquifer, the home density, the water and air pollution, the doubling of Comfort’s population placing unthinkable demands on local infrastructure like CISD schools, Volunteer Fire Department, Law enforcement, traffic.
This is a proposal that needs to be withdrawn or rejected.
