A public meeting will take place May 9th at 7pm regarding the application and preliminary decision for the TPDES permit (permit no. WQ0016171001) for Municipal Wastewater for the proposed Guajolote Ranch development. The property is located in northwest Bexar County, just over 5 miles northwest of San Antonio in the Edwards Aquifer Contributing Zone, an area that catches rainwater and channels it downstream towards the sensitive land that recharges San Antonio’s drinking water.
The meeting is an Informal Discussion Period where the public will be encouraged to ask questions of the applicant and TCEQ staff concerting permit application.
